Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing and serving food items when required.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and menu items to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
