Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica P360 with ActiveVOS Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing solutions using Informatica P360 (Product 360) and ActiveVOS in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across business and IT teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design:
• Lead the design and implementation of data-centric solutions using Informatica P360 and ActiveVOS.
• Create architecture blueprints and ensure that solutions align with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and integration.
• Informatica P360 Implementation:
• Develop and implement Informatica P360 (Product 360) solutions for managing and enhancing product information management (PIM) processes.
• Design data models, workflows, and business rules within Informatica P360 to improve product data management.
• Ensure successful configuration, integration, and deployment of Informatica P360 solutions.
• ActiveVOS Workflow Development:
• Architect and build complex workflows and business process automation solutions using ActiveVOS.
• Integrate ActiveVOS workflows with external systems, data sources, and web services.
• Ensure workflows are optimized, scalable, and reliable across large-scale environments.
• Integration & Data Management:
• Design and implement data integration solutions, leveraging Informatica tools and APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to define integration points, data sources, and transformation processes.
• Manage data flow between various enterprise applications and Informatica P360.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization:
• Perform system optimizations, monitoring, and tuning to ensure the application is performant under high loads.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and work to improve system performance.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to other team members.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and project deadlines.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and workflows.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9 years of experience in Informatica P360 (Product 360) solution design, development, and implementation.
• 5 years of experience in workflow automation and process design using ActiveVOS.
• Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter and other related Informatica tools.
• Expertise in integration techniques using REST, SOAP, APIs, and message queues.
• Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in workflow orchestration, task management, and business rule implementation using ActiveVOS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Informatica P360 Certification.
• ActiveVOS Certification.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
