What You'll Do
As a General Manager , you will :
- Lead Operations : Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including safety, production, quality, shipping, and scheduling, while meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Cultivate Culture : Inspire and coach your team, fostering a positive environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Champion Safety : Implement OSHA and internal safety protocols, conduct audits, and lead initiatives to maintain the highest safety standards.
- Drive Quality : Ensure Food Safety ISO processes are upheld and meet customer expectations for sanitation and quality.
- Optimize Workforce : Manage workforce requirements, including overseeing temporary staffing relationships.
- Manage Budgets : Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales : Partner with the sales team to design creative solutions and meet customer needs through product testing and continuous improvements.
- Innovate Processes : Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement change, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
