Tosca is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in high-volume invoice processing, and enjoy collaborating with vendors and internal teams, this role is for you.
- Location: Colony Square, Midtown Atlanta
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; In-Office Tuesday – Thursday)
What You'll Do:
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing for high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices in D365.
- Ensure accuracy in GL coding and invoice reconciliation.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Research and resolve problem invoices, past due amounts, and credit balances.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Help prepare for month-end close and assist in vendor clean-up projects.
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of high-volume AP experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Experience with D365 (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
