Essential Functions:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist the AP/Payroll Manager with onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Review employee timesheets and expense reports.
- Prepare and update reports and forms as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution, ensuring organizational efficiency.
- Review and manage documents for quality assurance, ensuring all administrative projects and initiatives align with TCT’s quality standards and operational procedures.
- Arrange travel accommodation for employees.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivables tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Support financial operations by preparing reports and handling other general accounting tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
Position Requirements
- Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant experience; 1 years of experience in HR or accounting/administrative roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across departments.
