Position Overview
Tosh Farms is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to create a welcoming and efficient environment in our main office. The ideal employee will have excellent communication skills. The Adminstrative Assistant position requires someone who is energetic and outgoing with exceptional computer skills.

As part of that growth, we are looking for a committed individual to keep the office running smoothly.
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional, efficient manner
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies for office staff and vet shed
- Receives and processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain Company Schedules
- Assist with project tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Positive & outgoing with a passion for helping others
- An appreciation for cleanliness or organization
- Superb computer literacy in all MS Office
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Exceptional keyboarding – 50 words per minute or more
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required
