Lease Administrator
Hourly Pay Range: $21.50 to $23.00 depending on experience.

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administrator to work in our Lake Forest, CA office.
Position Summary:
The Lease Administrator is an entry level role responsible for performing lease administration and support functions to ensure compliance and accuracy of lease terms and financial obligations for all real estate lease documents.
Responsibilities:
- Review, accurately interpret abstract lease information into Visual Lease database.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of lease database system.
- Process and review estoppels and subordination agreements for accuracy.
- Ensure proper document management measures are followed for all leased, owned and other associated documents.
- Assist in managing/administering the lease process, including initiation of transactions, document processing, data input, processing financial lease analysis packages and the tracking/reporting of each lease transaction.
- Track and maintain critical dates. Generate, publish and distribute various reports, including but not limited to monthly portfolio report, critical dates report, CRE transaction tracker, security deposit report, insurance report, and other reports.
- Audit CAM reconciliations as received from Landlords; obtain from Landlord if past due.
- Maintain report of annual CAM reconciliations.
- General administrative duties including filing, faxing, scanning, copying and distributing documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- No experience required.
- May have experience in an administration/support or demonstrated ability to maintain lease databases and run reports.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must work well independently but team oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions based on operational needs.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills with ability to excel in a fast paced, multifaceted environment.
