Senior Product Marketing Manager

TCM needs an EXPERIENCED Patrol Supervisor . This is not an entry-level position for a security officer. You must have supervisory experience such as interviewing, hiring, firing, employee reviews, write-ups, etc.The Patrol Supervisor must have the ability to work independently as well as directly with the Owner & Scheduling Manager. The candidate should possess excellent time-management, organizational planning, and strategic abilities. Additionally, they must be extremely technologically proficient with cell phones, email, computers, and multiple software programs.Important Qualifications : Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable.Administrative forward office skills are required.Must be courteous, ethical, and able to communicate effectively.Must be able to lead with respect, guide, and train those who need it.Must be able to stand and / or walk for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.Understanding of managing a large staff that operates 24 / 7 / 365 is essential.TCM provides professionally trained Security Officers for various needs (Full Time, Part Time, nights, weekends, Holidays, emergency coverage, temporary and long-term contracts, etc.). Security Officer positions are responsible for safeguarding facilities, including checking that buildings and equipment are secure and reporting any suspicious activity to property owners and / or Law Enforcement if necessary. The Supervisor's job is to ensure that the officers' needs are met with the proper equipment and uniform, and to step in to cover in an officer's absence with little to no warning.All hired personnel are required to follow all Washington State RCWs for security laws, TCM's policies and procedures, and provide written documentation to their supervisors when required. The Supervisor reviews all logs before submission to the clients. Hired personnel must effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
