Senior Tax Accountant - Indirect Taxes
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $94,000.00 depending on experience.

Summary:
The Senior Tax Accountant - Indirect Taxes will play a key role in the corporate income tax function, including returns, provisions, research, extensions, estimated payments, and audit support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the compliance and preparation of monthly sales and use tax filings.
- Collaborate with external providers for timely preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns.
- Review sales and use tax returns prepared by external provider.
- Manage/process sales and use tax payments.
- Analyze/prepare monthly sales and use tax account reconciliations.
- Support the compliance and preparation property tax filings.
- Collaborate with external partners for timely preparation and filing of property tax returns.
- Manage/process property tax payments.
- Review/analyze property tax account reconciliations.
- Support other indirect compliance functions and return preparations.
- Research indirect tax issues as required and communicate results to management.
- Support/ assist with state indirect tax audits and inquiries from state agencies.
- Assist with other tax projects/ assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Tax.
- 5 years of Corporate sales and use/property tax experience.
- Strong Knowledge of multi-state sales and use/indirect tax compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills for managing deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment.
