Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS) has an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Management Operations internship from June 16, 2025 to August 8, 2025, working Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm) at our Lake Forest, CA headquarters. The internship will include a team building/volunteering event for 3 Tuesday evenings within the program.

Summary:
The Supply Chain Management Intern position is a temporary entry level role focused on processes, systems and controls that will learn departmental operations at TABS under close guidance and support. This role will provide a hands-on learning opportunity in Operations Order Management. Under immediate supervision, the Intern will complete a variety of routine tasks in support of the goals and needs of the Department.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely under the guidance of Department Management and staff to provide administrative support including but not limited to entry level departmental tasks as indicated below:
- Learn and work with the Order Processing Mailbox.
- Learn and utilize Docuware workflows as well as GEM process and required docs for audit compliance.
- Monitor GEM Customer Acknowledgement Mailbox.
- Process Order Entry for less complex Oracle Order Types.
- Learn about departmental processes and procedures along with corresponding controls.
- Under management guidance, support entry level activities.
- Work closely with management or more senior staff to learn how to generate and review departmental reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc).
- Assist with special projects as instructed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Sophomore, junior, or senior level undergraduate student, or graduate student, attending an accredited college in good standing or recent graduate (within six months) of an accredited college.
- Pursuing a Business Degree, or a closely related major (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management). Completed introductory business courses and basic understanding of Business and Operations principles.
- Proficient with computers (exposure to Microsoft Excel. Word & PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills with ability to work well in Team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and prioritize assignments.
- A Team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on new challenges.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.
