This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician, located in Missoula, MT. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing retail store technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring equipment functionality, conducting regular maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining detailed service records and staying updated on new products and technologies.
