Spring 2025 Internship: This position is located at our Frisco, TX site location. Expected program dates are January 21 - April 25, 2025.
The Technical Consultant Intern to learn and aid with one or more of our retail solutions. These include point of sale (POS), customer loyalty solutions, and mobile applications (Android, iOS). Many technologies are used including SaaS (Software as a Service), SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), MoM (Message Oriented Middleware), cloud computing, Enterprise, and Desktop Java Development.

- Required Skills
- Currently pursuing Computer Science/Engineering major in Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English Language Speaking, Written Skills.
Preferred Experience
- Executing within an "Agile" development environment.
- Modern web development experience, including application of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and various JS frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. JS.
- Ability to use code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc.
- Software development experience with Java. C , or similar
- SQL
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success Managers with monitoring customer's environments, reporting, buildup, and configurations of new customer's system files.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new customer environments supporting a variety of applications. Work directly with the product team and stakeholders to help with existing requirements, adhere to timelines, and meet deliverables.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
