What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities & Maintenance II position at Toshiba International Corporation?

Must be able to bend and install conduit, wiring and have high voltage experience (5KV). Outside facility work with limited supervision. Maintain and keep current all plant installation instruction books, records and drawings. Responsible for handling day to day maintenance of facility including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and modular office construction.
Responsibilities:
- Performs inspections on new construction as directed by the facilities supervisor.
- Responsible for troubleshooting diagnostic circuitry.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NESC and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in developing budgets for maintenance.
- Maintain and keep current plant installation instruction books, records and drawings.
- Responsible for handling day to day maintenance of facility including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, telephone and computer cabling modular offices.
- Record all work for correct cost accounting.
- Maintain all facility drawings and records.
- Work in facilities maintenance outside of specialty as required.
- Assist in writing facility standards for equipment.
- Assist in writing facility procedures.
- General maintenance of all plant structures, utilities, alarm systems, HVAC, water and waste water.
