Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with industrial engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), quality team members, and management to develop quality & employee training programs across the organization.
- Assist in creating and updating documentation related to employee skills, training programs, and training documentation.
- Support the Quality & L&D teams in designing and implementing effective training materials, processes and programs.
- Conduct research and gather data to ensure training programs meet industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gain insights and contribute to the development of quality & training initiatives.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and administration.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in engineering, quality management, industrial distribution/industrial engineering, operations, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of ISO standards and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Experience or interest in technical training and training program design is a plus.
