Job Overview:
We are seeking professional and friendly Waiters/Waitresses to provide outstanding service to our guests. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their table.
- Provide guests with menus and answer any questions about menu items.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all orders are prepared and served to guests in a timely manner.
- Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns.
- Process payments and make change accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
