Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and work on various processes assigned, including de-canning, flattening, sawing and ultrasonic cleaning.
- Operate all support equipment related to the area of responsibility such as CMM, helium leak detector, WAS, buffing operations, grit blasting and arc spraying.
- Perform quality control audits of work performed during shift using basic measuring tools.
- Operating of fork lifts and other material handling equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Documentation thru computer and all paperwork.
- Learn: 5 S.
- Others related duties.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must follow procedures, standard work and job instructions.
- Able to read and implement procedures, policies and work practices.
- Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic problem solving.
- Good work ethic and willing to work effectively and safely as a part of a team.
- Able and willing to learn all equipment related to manufacturing.
- Ability and willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Frequent bending and twisting required.
