We want a Team with a positive energy who can work at fast pace. If you don’t have experience as a cashier, line member, prep cook, dishwasher, this could be your chance to break into the fast growing food and beverage industry and develop into a general manager position. We offer part time or full time schedules depending on what you are looking for. We promote most of our managers from within and are looking for the new generation of leaders.

Our Team members take pride in preparing and serving our “healthier” offerings. We’re clean, green and provide energy to our guests. You’ll need to follow our recipes and procedures, regarding food preparation, cleaning and sanitation, teamwork and guest service. We’re busy at lunch, so Team members’ are to be on their feet, on the move, unless you’re on break. If you’re not busy, you’re expected to help a Team member who is, so get busy at becoming a leader at Tossed.

Team Member

• Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line
• Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while making food
• Consistently and accurately using prep sheets, cleanliness list, and station checklists
• Following sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
• Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion
• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant team members
• Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
• Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Be able to adapt to changing guest volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
• Know our menu
• Have the ability to be cross-trained and the willingness to do it

• Understand & respond to team members' & guests' requests in a busy & loud environment
• Move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours per day)
• Move 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet
• Bend, stoop, and reach in order to load ovens, stock shelves, refrigerator/freezers, serve guests & clean the restaurant
• Some of you will perform basic POS functions
