The Payroll Coordinator will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for employees in all of our restaurant locations. Your role will involve :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll data entry and submission
- Prepare payroll tax filings and reports
- Support employees with payroll inquiries
- Document payroll policies and identify improvement areas
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process using ADP, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Review and verify timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and trends, providing insights to management for decision-making
- Prepare and generate payroll reports, including labor costs, overtime, and other relevant metrics for review
