Join our client's team as an Aircraft Inspector in Kansas City, Missouri. This role offers an immediate start on a contract basis with high hourly rates and attractive non-taxable per diem options. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of aircraft types and honing your skills in a dynamic maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections on commercial aircraft, focusing on 737, 767, Airbus, and Next Gen models.
- Utilize your FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements per FAR 65.
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance and support personnel to address job-related issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in aircraft specialty areas and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Uphold safety standards and protocols in a high-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with GEN FAM - 737, NextGen, A320.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and instructions accurately.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Airframe and/or Powerplant License preferred.
