Warehouse Specialist
We're seeking a motivated and skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory cycle counts, and shipping. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our sub-assembly program, building equipment in our warehouse before it's shipped to customers. Additionally, you'll occasionally travel to job sites to provide on-site support to our technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling and preparing orders for shipment
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Processing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Equipment Assembly:
- Participating in our sub-assembly program, building equipment according to specifications
- Ensuring quality and accuracy in all assembly work
- Field Support:
- Occasionally traveling to job sites to assist our technical team with equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
Warehouse Specialist Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order pulling, inventory management, and shipping
- Demonstrated mechanical proficiency and comfort working with tools
- Excellent forklift skills and certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment or technical role
- Experience with HVAC, filtration, or ventilation systems
- Familiarity with industrial ventilation products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
