WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TEMP OUTBOUND CALL CENTER REP
In this part-time role, your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to our existing clients who haven't been in touch recently. You'll share exciting promotions on AC, heating, or plumbing services and see if they'd like to schedule an appointment. Since you'll often reach voicemails, it's important that you leave friendly and persuasive messages that encourage them to call back. We'll provide a short script to guide you, but you'll have the flexibility to add your personal touch. Your ultimate goal is to spark interest in our promotions and generate leads to keep our technicians busy throughout the year. This temporary position offers flexible hours and is based on the demand for appointments. During busy periods, more hours will be available. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy connecting with people, and are great at conveying a message, you'll thrive in this role.
