*What You’ll Do

Aircraft Maintenance and Repair:
- Remove existing windows, prep, and install new ones.
- Address scratches, pits, and damage using orbital sanders.
- Ensure high standards of airworthiness.

Customer Engagement:
- Respond to emergency AOG services.
- Foster client relationships through daily interactions.
- Manage airworthiness documentation and billing processes.

Administrative and Operational Duties:
- Maintain parts traceability and sign off on work orders.
- Conduct weekly expense reporting.
- Keep workspace organized and adhere to company policies.

Sales and Business Development:
- Expand the regional market for window services.
- Work closely with customers to schedule services.
- Secure purchase orders.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferably one year of experience in orbital sanding, auto body, or aircraft maintenance.
- A&P License or AMT Certificate is advantageous.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using measuring devices, reading blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Physical Demands:
- Able to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 70 pounds for prolonged periods.
- Comfortable working on ladders, aircraft wings, and cockpits.
