Responsibilities:
- Lead and empower a diverse sales team of up to six professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and expand the Aviation-based Distributor network for growth and market penetration.
- Oversee P&L management and provide strategic sales forecasting and analysis.
- Travel domestically and internationally to generate sales opportunities and represent the company at trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven sales expertise in aerospace electronics and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in managing P&L financials, sales forecasts, and analyses.
- Experience with CRM, BOM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and pricing/costing tools; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to strategically and tactically meet deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, manufacturing teams, and regulatory bodies such as the FAA.
