Total Aviation Staffing is seeking an IFR Pilot for Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations based in Middlefield, Ohio . Key Responsibilities
- Perform EC135 SPIFR / NVG operations under CAMTS guidelines.
- Ensure safe and efficient 24-hour operations, including day / night rotations.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks following established protocols.
- Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading patients and medical equipment as necessary.
- Support the Safety Management System (SMS) and company safety initiatives like Destination Zero .
Qualifications
Commercial Helicopter License with Instrument Rating (ATP to be obtained within 12 months).
2,000 total hours (1,500 helicopter, 1,000 PIC helicopter, 500 turbine helicopter).
Must meet a body weight limit of 235 lbs .
Experience with EC135 aircraft , NVG operations, and EMS missions.
