Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Plan and coordinate production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and improve production processes for cost efficiency, speed, and quality.
- Ensure that production meets quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality control processes.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
- Supervise, motivate, and train production staff.
- Assign tasks to the production team and monitor their performance.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the manufacturing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that production costs are kept within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure that the manufacturing facility complies with all health and safety regulations.
