Overview of the Role:
The Program Manager will spearhead high-impact initiatives, ensuring successful project execution and integration across various departments. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and internal teams, the Program Manager will define project goals, manage resources, and drive program efficiency while focusing on strategic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, computer services, and client divisions, to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead project meetings, oversee vendor integration, and track deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness.
- Provide technical guidance and manage resources for both project and sustaining activities.
- Prepare and present financial and technical reports during bi-weekly stakeholder meetings.
- Implement and monitor metrics to measure service functionality and project success.
- Serve as a technical advisor, addressing challenges, resolving project issues, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Motivate team members and communicate effectively through clear presentations and comprehensive reporting.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts strategically, build relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.
