Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general aviation single and multi-engine piston aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and avionics system issues for swift resolution.
- Repair critical aircraft components, including engines, propellers, and landing gear.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company maintenance protocols.
- Document all maintenance and repairs per FAA and company standards.
- Verify aircraft readiness and safety before customer handover.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment with well-maintained tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with mechanics and staff to ensure efficient, timely service.
Requirements
- Valid A&P Mechanic certificate.
- 5-6 years of experience as a General Aviation A&P Mechanic with piston engine expertise.
- Preferable knowledge of Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, and Cirrus aircraft.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Avionics experience (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and issue resolution.
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 70 lbs, and work at heights as required.
