Overview of the Role: As an Air Medical Paramedic, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering emergency care and transport to patients in need. Working with a dedicated team, you will make a direct impact in life-saving situations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical treatment and transport via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and transport details accurately.
- Ensure accurate billing and communication with management and customers.
- Participate in public relations and marketing efforts.
- Maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with clinical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Active paramedic certification in your state.
- 3 years of 911/pre-hospital service experience (5 years preferred).
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS certifications.
- FP-C within 24 months of hire.
- Flight or transport experience preferred.
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
- Maintain body weight under 235 lbs.
