Collaborating with all Military Branches and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, you will secure funding and integrate technology into sustainment operations, driving domestic and international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for cold spray applications and achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with defense stakeholders.
- Train and lead a sales team, driving performance and customer engagement.
- Create and present compelling proposals and sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee budgets, conduct market research, and coordinate marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
- 5 years in sales or strategic planning, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting (preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel (~40%).
