Role Overview – Production Planner Manager:
Lead production planning for jet engine maintenance, ensuring streamlined operations and timely customer deliverables. Collaborate across departments to optimize efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise the production planning team.
- Review work scopes and coordinate material procurement.
- Ensure timely repair work orders and resource availability.
- Monitor inventory, critical parts, and production schedules.
- Lead production meetings and manage surge capacity.
- Ensure FAA compliance and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with assembly to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in production planning within an MRO environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and inventory management.
- Excellent communication abilities.
