Neighborhood Canvasser - Appointment Setter

Total Bath Systems is seeking three to four full-time Neighborhood Canvassers - Appointment Setters to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, personable, and motivated to engage with homeowners about our bathroom remodeling services. . Instead of cold knocking, you'll be sparking conversations with homeowners in neighborhoods where we already have a presence.

This sales position offers $18 per hour plus commission and bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Additionally, we are looking for an experienced canvasser to take on a leadership role, which comes with increased pay and bonuses.

DO YOU MEET THESE NEIGHBORHOOD CANVASSER - APPOINTMENT SETTER QUALIFICATIONS?

• High school education or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Positive attitude and friendly personality

Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A NEIGHBORHOOD CANVASSER - APPOINTMENT SETTER?

This is a full-time marketing role with a schedule of weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus evening hours based on daylight and Saturday daytime shifts. Employees will dispatch directly from home to their assigned neighborhoods and are not required to report to a central location before starting their shift.

As a Neighborhood Canvasser - Appointment Setter, you will travel directly to a neighborhood where we are actively remodeling a home or have recently completed a project. Your role will be to approach homeowners, introduce them to our services, and schedule free in-home consultations with our design consultants. Since homeowners will have already seen our work firsthand, you will have the advantage of discussing real, tangible results rather than presenting a cold pitch. Instead of large-scale canvassing efforts, this position takes a more personal and targeted approach, allowing for more meaningful conversations with homeowners.
