Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions & Recruitment Specialist to manage student recruitment and enrollment. This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to connect with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage the admissions process.
- Engage with prospective students, assess their goals, and promote our programs.
- Organize outreach, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Meet enrollment targets and collaborate with the admissions team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of admissions or recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
