The Role
The Account Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the sales of Total Beverage Solution’s Singha brand to the trade through effective territory planning, selling, merchandising and communication that produces company achievement and supplier objectives. The role requires constant interaction with the distributor's sales and promotions workforce, on-premise accounts and liquor stores. The Account Sales Manager is also responsible for acquiring market intelligence and reporting back to Management. This role will cover Singha sales in the New York City metro area and will report directly to the area lead.
Essential Functions
- Identifies and implements promotional programs and activities in assigned accounts
- Maintains a high profile in key accounts
- Identifies and targets on/off premise accounts for placement and sales opportunities
- Constantly looks for new opportunities in all segments of the marketplace
- Builds relationships and maintains communications with top bartenders and key off premise buyers
- Works and interacts with the distributor promotional personnel
- Manages and attends promotional events.
- Identifies and recommends additional, suitable promotional events that lead to a positive return on investment
- Completes all required documentation as required on timely basis
- Maintains regular and open communication at all times
- Tracks competitive intelligence, reports upward, applies learning to advance TBS brands where appropriate
- Responsible for maintaining a monthly TBS budget

Travel
This position requires field work within the geographic limits of the 5 boroughs of New York City with limited time working in Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island.
Required Education and Experience
- Two or more years of alcohol beverage sales experience
- Must reside in the assigned market area
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Thai

Salary Range is $55,000 - $70,000. Starting pay will be based on several factors including but not limited to experience, training, education, geographic location.
