Duties
- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff and delegating responsibilities.
- Drive sales by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated team environment.
- Communicate with team members to ensure clarity in goals and expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding product offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with wireless sales is preferred but not required.
- Experience in inventory management systems is advantageous.
