Job Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
- Collect data on client progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Help develop social and communication skills for clients
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay starts at $24/hour
- Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
- Flexible shifts available
- Location: Throughout the state of Maine (York, Cumberland and Androscoggin County)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current BHP or RBT certification (preferred)
- Experience in ABA therapy (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expected Hours: At least 15 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
