Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
- Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
- Assist in the development of social and communication skills
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay range: $18-$26/hour
- Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week
- Flexible shifts available
- Location: Kingman, AZ 86409
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification required
- Experience in ABA therapy preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
