Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Conduct client interviews and prepare treatment reports.
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
- Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
