Role and Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns via inbound calls and email.
· Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts.
· Work closely with technical teams to deliver quality on the job service.
· Able to problem-solve any issues that arise.
· Placing and following up on emergency service calls.
· Review and negotiate price quotes with HVAC contractors.
· Update portals with proper documentation.
Skills and Qualifications Required
· 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales preferably within the commercial HVAC industry.
