Logistics and Maintenance Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, Parts Runner, and Fleet Maintenance Technician. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual with strong logistical, mechanical, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, procuring and delivering parts, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company fleet. This position demands a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Coordination:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through a computerized inventory management system.
- Organize and manage warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage and retrieval.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and scheduling pickups.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with the development and implementation of warehouse procedures and best practices.
Parts Runner:
- Procure and deliver parts and supplies to technicians and job sites in a timely manner.
- Utilize company vehicles for parts pickup and delivery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate records of parts purchases and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parts suppliers.
- Manage parts inventory within company vehicles and ensure proper storage.
- Respond to urgent parts requests and troubleshoot parts availability issues.
- Verify the accuracy of delivered parts against purchase orders and packing slips.
Fleet Maintenance:
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with external vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage and track fleet maintenance schedules and service intervals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, parts procurement, and fleet maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
