Key Sub Tasks
- You will need to learn the Service System, training will be provided
- Schedule and coordinate weekly training, ride along with technicians to ensure success
- Manage individuals and team effectiveness via KPIs, and promote a positive enclusive culture
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
- Assist with customer escalations and reviews. We average a 4.9 rating on Google
