Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to ensure our technicians are moving in the most efficient manner, and our customers’ needs are held to the highest of standards. Take customer information from our customer service system and relay to our employees in the field.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.  
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work-from-home opportunity.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotations if required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at interview)
• Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residence promptly.  
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Salary : $20 - $22
