We’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead this mission, hitting 95% on-time and on-budget goals, Increasing margins, and earning up to $25K in bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop project delivery teams to turn client visions into reality—95% schedule completion and budget adherence every time.
- Streamline ops—change orders (<5%), boost labor utilization (85-90%), develop and systemize processes to increase team communication and operational efficiencies.
- Scale by partnering with the ownership team, delivering weekly wins allowing them to focus on increasing overall revenue 5-7X and to secure $3-5M contracts for more visionary projects.
- Drive profitability Increase margins and grow our ops to deliver more client visions—aim for 5-7X revenue increase while hitting 80-90% client retention.
Who You Are
- 7-10 years in construction management, ideally with tenant improvements or commercial fit-outs in your toolkit.
- A proven leader—managed teams of 10-20 who brought projects to life on time and on budget (tell us your wins!).
- Tech-savvy—fluent in project management software and cost tracking.
- Decisive, organized, and fired up to help businesses thrive through exceptional spaces.
Bonus Points: Massachusetts Unrestricted Superintendent license, OSHA 30, PMP LEED credentials.
