- Assemble and install new appliances as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver can be beneficial for understanding logistics related to appliance installations.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
