We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and repair various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
- Perform residential painting and other general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance technician role or similar position.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Leadership skills to supervise a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong logical reasoning skills.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $24.31 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
