MOBILE LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICAN

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems, including surveillance systems and remote access software. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics, ensuring that all systems are designed and built to meet industry standards.

Duties

• Install, configure, and maintain low voltage systems including CCTV and surveillance equipment.
• Utilize remote access software to monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections to detect any issues within low voltage systems.
• Collaborate with team members on system design projects to ensure compliance with NEC standards.
• Read and interpret schematics to facilitate accurate installation and repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in low voltage installations or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, remote access software, and system design principles is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various low voltage equipment effectively.
• Understanding of NEC regulations as they pertain to low voltage installations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.92 - $24.52 per hour
