Lawn Maintenance Production Supervisor
Job description: A Lawn Maintenance production supervisor must be familiar with all aspects of company operations to include: customer service, knowledge of turf grass, production, team building, culture building, organization, and time management skills, accountability for self and team actions. Our lawn maintenance production supervisors must be willing to work with our crews on jobsites. They are responsible for upholding company, and department policies as well as enforce company mandated safety protocols. They need to be able to think progressively, and always try to find ways to improve self, and employees personally and professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing crew day to day operations.
- Scheduling, and Logistics.
- Ticket management.
- Employee time management.
- Enforcing company safety protocols.
- Overseas all aspects of lawn maintenance duties.
- Ensuring our customers receive our set standard of production.
- Ensuring jobs are kept on schedule and completed within allocated time.
- Communication with account management specific to each property.
- Communication daily with the Lawn Maintenance department manager daily.
- Creating employee evaluation reports.
- Creating, and maintaining a positive culture within the department.
- Equipment management, and service.
- Maintaining positive workplace, and team attitude.
- Assists in the development of company training, team building, and coaching.
Lawn maintenance production supervisor reports directly to the Lawn Maintenance Department Manager.
Lawn Maintenance production supervisor Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Lawn maintenance, or related production.
- Managerial experience preferred/not required.
- Computer literate, and willing to learn company software.
- Experience with Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Valid Drivers License, and insurable on company’s insurance policy.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is helpful, but not required.
