Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the TEM. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to our vendors. Your contributions will support our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze invoices and ensure proper documentation is attached for approval.
• Maintain vendor relationships through effective communication regarding payment inquiries.
• Prepare journal entries related to accounts payable activities.
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial records and reporting.
• Assist with month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts payable balances.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Business Central accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
