Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks skills, experience in bookkeeping, to Trial Balance and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with administrative duties for operations and sales, and providing positive customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, Human Resources maintenance and reconciliations using QuickBooks and ADP
- Handle record keeping pertinent to Vendor Setup/Receivables and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other related administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
- Monthly financial reconciliations
- Coding and assigning expenses to specific projects/jobs
- Previous bookkeeping experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of office software and equipment (Microsoft Office, various vendor portals, laptops, tablets, printers)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
