Responsibilities - As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in generating leads through various outreach efforts
- Supporting senior sales consultants in sales presentations and meetings
- Learning the ins and outs of the sales process and product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Must have a valid drivers license
Compensation Plan:
- Paid Training: For the first 15 to 30 days, enjoy paid training at $20/hour.
- Base Pay & Commission: After completing training, you’ll transition to a $30k base salary with 5% commission on gross. The salary is a draw against the commission, meaning when your commissions exceed your salary, you'll be paid the difference.
- Bonuses: We also offer weekly and monthly performance bonuses.
