The Sales Representative will be directly responsible in assisting the Company continue its aggressive sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales objectives.

As the Account Manager , you will report directly to the Director of Sales, and will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects and be directly responsible for the following :

Understand Total Fire Protection's strategy, business, and growth initiatives.
Plan and implement strategies to market Total Fire Protection's services
Directly impact company sales and revenue growth
Maintain our database of qualified prospects through cold calling
Identify qualified prospective clients and develop customer relationships and establish strong network with new and existing customer for continued sales growth
Attend work functions, charity and industry events
Deliver an established number of proposals to clients on a monthly basis
Close business and provide after-sales reports to the Director of Sales
Requirements :
The ability to create a positive buying experience; strong closing skills
The ability to detect individual customer needs and clearly present key benefits of doing business with Total Fire Protection
Self-motivation, strong work ethic and career-oriented
Drive, persistence, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets / goals
Ability to function independently in a team environment with little supervision
Must have a Professional Presentation
3-years prior sales experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to maintain confidential client information.
Excellent editing, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
